Kun Tuo has an established Quality Management (QM) function that supports all of the company’s service lines – from process setup to operation and optimization. QM focuses on staff training, SOP management and quality management system enhancement.
Using processes and tools based on Quintiles’ quality assurance system, Kun Tuo is committed to continuously improving its internal quality management systems, mainly through SOP management, training and internal quality controls. We have SOPs covering all business lines. We create uniform standards through the continuous improvement of SOPs and timely training. Our internal quality controls form a “virtuous circle” of problem prevention.
